Exotic Harmonies

Their passions are so clearly defined. How to describe?

Write harmony as you see it. If you can conceive of and envision an orchestra playing a piece together you can immediately note geometric expressions occurring as transformations on a time scale. These transformations are predicated on the framework of possible actions which are naturally parametrized by direction and distance. If we are able to independently verify the melody through perceived visual transformation, then the next step is to observe separate melodies as visual transformations experienced concurrently on the same frame of perception. If these concurrent expressions are, in fact, observed, then the next and very important step is to observe a relative value for distance, leading to a new problem: Validating Concurrent Transformation.

Background

If we have made it to the point of pursuing this study, it is because we have assumed the following:

1. We experience the perception of visual transformation, which expresses melody
2. We can observe concurrent melodies as distinct visual transformations

Description

The problem arises:

A

The relative distance of one concurrent melody to another is deemed legitimate in that we are able to verify that the distance between them expresses the same pitch valence in proportion to perceived changes within one melody.

B

From A we can derive the utility necessary to pursue study of composing harmony through visual perception in real time

Technology To Limit Freedom

At what point does technology reach a level of capability such that the average citizen can affect consequences so severe that their personal freedom should be limited?

Should the government regulate information services, such as search engines and social media platforms, to ensure taht the information is sanitized to meet the standards of public safety and current day politic?

Recurring because of the combined factors always present in our circumstance. That is to say the following:

1. The threat of Totalitarianism
2. The tragedy of mortal mind

We constantly work through complex combinations of sensations and life needs (be they simple, such as sustenance (which is not actually simple at all), or a deeper sense of meaning).

How far have we come? Limits not imagined

Increasing the rate of change Bring a child into this world Who could better prepare the new generation of persons whose lives will continue to elevate the exponent of experience? Professional and personal habits/ambitions are clearly defined and already at higher level than almost anyone My love, my life, my queen How can someone come to be who demonstrates such an array of the best things of life and people? The best of what can be offered? How could I have been more fortunate than to have found someone who is not my favourite person merely for the experience we have had and the bonds that have been formed, but for the exact qualities of character that I most recognize and admire.

Life is truly astonishing as it not only provides endless opportunity as to choose from and act upon, but creates the best opportunity for the best actions to take place and ideas to be developed, by evoking the most apt and highest potency of connections to come to fruition, making the sense of randomness disspate to reveal a perfect sequence of thoughts, events and pair bonding.

Showing Off

Ubiquitous phenomenon whereby people suddenly offer up some new information about themselves, unprovoked, and not even necessarily relevant to the subject at hand, and use it to draw attention tot ehir skill and level fo accomplishment or status.

In a more homogenous society, this can be seen to bring reversence, but for someone with a different value structure, even one that is equally superficial, it does not yield the same effect

In particular: frugality in that both my immigrants were somewhat religious immigrants who had grown up during the war. Father specifically from a culture that had more of a predisposition to superficial demonstration and bragging of wealth, perhaps less inclined to value such behaviours as they had to begin their lives anew several times after immigrating, thus they observed a lot of poverty and absorbed life lessons that are arguably more deeply etched than the quick flash of enjoyment and acknowledgment that comes with flashing cash.

Little Punk Korean Kid

When introducing myself to him, I had difficulty understanding something he said because it sounded so childish and inconesquential taht I automatically assumed to have produced an error of comprehension.

He was a young man in his early 20s, was attempting to convey to me that, back home in Korea, in his schoo, he had been in a gang. In assuming taht means that they had squabbles with other groups of children, or that they had smoked cigarettes or done other things that they are not otherwise permitted to do as children.

I found it strange that he assumed this to be a g ood strategy to impress me with, and qiuckly drew up a mental set of types of persons he was likely to be surrounding himself with.

Korean Culture

First encountered Korea through the Olympics in 1988. Korean won the GOLD - strange - proportion of hosting countris that win. Boxing mask - highly contentious.

Old Boy: DVD borrowed from friend. Amazing film, but due to it being Korean per se.

Korean BBQ: Some of my old friends and training partners had fallen into a habit of getting Korean buffet near their home downtown. I tried and was instantly addicted.
